FEED IN BIG TENNIS: PERFORMANCE TECHNIQUES

The most powerful and important hit in tennis. When a player manages to make an ace during the game, this surprisingly helps to boost morale. A tennis player cannot count on a favorable outcome of the match if he regularly makes gross errors on the pitch. By the way, the filing technique is the most difficult stage in training tennis.

Every professional tennis player knows the value of a well-executed serve. Players such as Ivo Karlovich or John Isner build their entire game on a powerful pitch, bringing almost every set to a tie-break. Each professional tennis player will confirm that the final result largely depends on the variability, strength and reliability of this particular technical element.

From the moment the ball was taken in hand, preparation begins. The blow should be applied so that the ball touches the center of the string surface, and then goes into a square diagonally. In order for development to be as effective as possible, follow the recommendations:

At the initial stage of training in tennis, do not use force;
Remember that quantity goes into quality, so take the time to cut feed with a basket;
Work out the movement in parts, and only after bringing them to automatism, unite together.
How to hold a racket when serving
The first steps in teaching tennis begin with an introduction to continental acumen. Using this grip in the feed will increase the speed by 15%, due to pronation – covering movement, when the wrist and forearm rotate, allowing to achieve a grain blow. First, the racket from behind moves upside down on the ball and at the end rotates 90 degrees.

Testing of the feeding technique should begin with setting the grip. For beginners, the continental grip seems quite inconvenient, but it significantly increases the efficiency, and is used by all professionals without exception. Sort through the first sensations, and soon the grip will become a habit and become quite natural.

Tennis Serving Location
The tennis player must be behind the back of the court. If you step in or step over the back line before serving, then the gap will be defended and the opponent will automatically win a point. Make a few more nuances:

Serve in the game begin with the first square;
It is most convenient to serve as close to the center as possible, so that the distance to the square is the smallest;
Legs should be shoulder width apart;
If you’re right-handed, lean on your left foot; if you’re left-handed, lean on your right.
A common mistake is to face the grid. From this position, it is impossible to turn the shoulders and body, which leads to a decrease in strength. In addition, you should not carry out a blow with a strong wave of the hand, with this technique there is a risk of injury.

Proper tennis training
Take a closed position when the left shoulder is turned in relation to the grid, and the left leg is directed to the rack. Chip the ball on the court several times to tune in.

Think about where you will direct your blow, which way. At this moment, the opponent can make some distracting maneuvers. Ignore such provocations, remember, you should focus. After you have clearly decided on the direction, discard all thoughts not touching the tennis, and confidently serve.

How to throw the ball
In tennis, stability is the key to victory, so an even throw plays an important role. Before you throw the ball, extend your hand and grab it with all five fingers. Then, without sharp jerks, without bending your arm at the elbow, make a direct toss. Release your fingers only when the palm is pointing exactly up. In this case, you can not do auxiliary brush movements. At the same time, take the racket away on the backswing. There are two acceptable methods of abduction – through the bottom or along the shortest path. When the ball reaches its highest point, the racket must be placed behind the head, the deflection is complete, and the gaze is focused. Be sure to pause, and then, after choosing the right moment, take a hit. Pay attention to the following nuances that coaches often forget to say:

Avoid low toss;
It is allowed to serve, both in a jump, and not;
When performing a flat pitch, toss the ball in front of you. When twisted, then a little back overhead.
